How do I place an order?

When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shopprivategallery.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Will I be charged tax?

No.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you click “Submit Order” an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account.

When will my order be processed?

If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm CST will ship out the same business day. All other orders will ship on the following business day. We do not ship on holidays and weekends.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have submitted it.

Do you ship orders outside the United States?

No.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No.

Do you have a Private Gallery catalog?

Private Gallery does not have a catalog at this time. You may purchase Private Gallery merchandise at any of our retail stores or by ordering online.

What is your return policy?

What are your shipping rates?

We ship via UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. The standard rate for UPS Ground is $5.00 for purchases up to $49.99 and free for purchases $50 and more. The standard rate for 2nd Day Air is $15.00.
