RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Thank you for shopping at Shopprivategallery.com! Our exchange and return policies are stated below.
- The Return and Exchange policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.shopprivategallery.com.
- FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift Cards, cosmetics, and items marked as “Sale” are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.
- Jewelry purchases through www.shopprivategallery.com can be returned for exchange only as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the receipt and return form.
- For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned and must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED and must be accompanied by the receipt and return form. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds on any merchandise that is not in its original condition. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail to the address below.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipping date.
If any item other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.shopprivategallery.com fails to meet your expectations:
- It may be returned to any Private Gallery location, a strategic partner of Private Gallery online shopping, for an exchange; or
- It may be returned by mail to the address below for a refund (jewelry excluded).
For Refund or Exchange of Online Purchases:
- Your package will include an order invoice, a return form, and a shipping label. Complete the “Return Form” by listing the return reason code and the return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the return box. Retain the original order invoice for your records.
- Check box to indicate exchange or refund. If item is being exchanged, list item number of the item desired in the “Exchange Item Number” column. If the cost of your exchange is more than the return, the difference will be charged to the card on file.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the complete “Return Form”. Affix enclosed pre-printed Merchandise Return Label to the outside of your return package. Please note that the Return Label is not Pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges for Online Purchases at a Private Gallery location, a strategic partner of Private Gallery online shopping:
- Your original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.
- We are unable to process refunds at Private Gallery stores for online purchases. For refunds of online purchased merchandise, you must send by mail to the address provided above.
Returns for Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped:
Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged:
Please note that ALL defective item(s) are subject to inspection.
- All defective or incorrectly shipped items must be returned by mail. Private Gallery stores cannot exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- To insure proper processing, on the return form indicate the return code for the item(s), either “defective” or “wrong item shipped”. If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate “exchange: on the notes section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
- Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form. The shipping credit amount is subject to the following for returns: If UPS ground, FedEx ground, DHL ground, or USPS Priority mail is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If overnight, 2 day, or 3 day service is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.
SHIPPING
- All orders are shipped UPS and can only be shipped to a physical address. UPS will not deliver to a post office box. UPS ground shipping is usually delivered 5-7 days. 2nd day shipping is delivered by the end of the second buisness day. Orders received after 2pm will not be shipped until the following business day.
