We offer several convenient ways for you to receive your order

Standard Shipping is available to all 50 States in the USA. This does not include Canada.

**Note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.

Domestic Processing Times

Standard Shipping and In-Store Pick-up:

Once your order is completed, we will work hard to have your order the fulfilled / shipped by the next business day.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be delays in fulfilling /shipping during sales, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, contact us for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time!

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

We want to make your shopping experience excellent, but if for some reason you are not satisfied we will work to make it right

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

• Every order will include a custom packing invoice. Please mail your return with packing invoice and return reason indicated to the address below:

• You may also deliver your return to our store location, during store hours.  Be sure to include a copy of your packing invoice / order confirmation when dropping off returns.

       R E T U R N  P O L I C Y

• All Returns Must be Received Within 10 DAYS of the delivery date. (10 days from the day you receive it)
• Returns MUST BE Unwashed, Unworn, and Free of Makeup, Deodorant, Perfume or any other Stains. 
• Items Sold on Sale are NOT Returnable or Exchangeable. Sale Items are Final Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• Shipping is non-refundable unless we made a mistake on our end.
• Please Allow 3-5 days to Process Your Return Once we Receive it. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued. 
• We hold the right to not issue a store credit at all if merchandise is returned without a damage being reported or is suspected to have been worn.

**If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it!!!! 

***Store Credit may be used on our website and in-store. Enter your code at checkout to redeem your store credit, or provide code to the sales associate assisting you.  Store credit codes are not valid for "Facebook VIP" purchases.
